  Beata P. wrote: most of my nice furniture pieces ended up with scrapes, scratches, chips, dents and gouges from being handled roughly, strapped and stacked inappropriately. I am looking at thousands of dollars to replace it or tens of hours and expense to refinish it. the owner refused to come look at it and said I was making it up to take advantage of him. also, do not give them your credit card number. they had mine for the deposit but then charged the move to the card against my will. I hope they go out of business.
