I'm surprised no one has opened up a bone broth walk up window like Brodo in NYC here in Toronto. I know population density is a factor for sure, but juices caught on here, and the benefits of bone broth are on par with green juice in different ways. Nevertheless, does anyone know where I could get a cup of one to sip (not a frozen batch to take home) when my butcher doesn't have grass fed bones (I usually make my own). Thanks!
