  I'm applying for a new water connection with Affinity Water. They're requesting a 'water regulation drawing showing pipework layouts and proposed water fittings to be used'. Anyone had experience of dealing with Affinity in this area? How detailed does this need to be? I'm trying to get a head on utility connections so not actually appointed my team yet ie I don't have a plumber in place. Am I best getting the plumber to do this?

  Hi Brad Heres a link to severn Trents web site that will allow you to work out the size of the incoming pipe you need to supply the building https://www.stwater.co.uk/building-and-developing/estimators-and-maps The link below shows a page where you can down load a diagram of how to install the new pipe work. https://www.stwater.co.uk/building-and-developing/other-developments/commercial-property/water-connection/ Your local water company will expect something similar.
