About us
When I was a child, my family and relatives already noticed my artistic inclinations. I would dress myself up and act out different roles in front of a mirror. I was always eager to perform in front of an audience. I can really sing and dance well enough for the audience to clap. I also love to doodle on any piece of paper my little hands can lay on. This love for doodling later developed into love for painting, sketching and doing fashion designs.
In my teen years, at school I always want to engaged in almost all curricular activities like drawing contest, singing, cheer dancing, etc. and as a result, I am quite known for that. At home, I would sneak into my parents’ room and rummaged through my Mom’s kikay kit and I would experiment putting on make-up, mixing colors using different shades. All of these made me start doing make-up to others, yes, I started painting faces and I love it especially when they acknowledge how I did it.
My college years was very interesting, as an art lover, I became campus theater actress / production member, a pep squad member, 2nd Placer for the Campus Diva, art contributor for our literary book, a school representative for speech contest and a lot more. These experiences made me become more sociable and sensitive in dealing with people.
Looking back, all these artistic expression and experimentation was actually a preparation or a prelude to a career in Hair and Make Up design that would become my passion in life. After college, I took formal lessons at the Make-Up Design Academy to expand my make-up repertoire. But still I never stop learning.
