Taking pics of my first listing I will be listing my first property within the next week or two. It is a condo that will be listed at 100k.
I have some questions regarding taking pictures of the property.
I really can’t afford a $500-$1000 camera just yet to take pictures of the property.
Can I get recommendations on lower priced point and shoot cameras, and angles that work well using a basic camera? Has anyone used an iPad for photos?
Would using a real estate photographer be my best option?
Thanks in advance for any information or advice you can provide.

I really like iMoto- they have one of my favorite photographers in my area and great customer service. Also the cheapest I've found for 25-30 photos ($158). They offer tall tripod shots, virtual staging, twilight shoots and some photo editing. Highly recommend! Edit: their website is imoto.com
