I'm a fun-loving mother of four, with a passion for cake!
I started baking at a very young age alongside my granny (a country house cook) and my mum. My own children now love to bake and like me, eat cake! It must be in the blood ;)
Kitsch-cakes are iced with delicious handmade buttercream, (not the ready-made rollout fondant icing that so many people pick off a cake). I create stunning effects using buttercream which complements the texture and flavour of my cakes beautifully.
