  Dear all... My lovely brother wish to move to Florence for a year to study a bit of Italian and enjoy the different cultural activities the city has to offer (especially music)... Which area would be recommended? He wishes to live in an area that has good access to the city centre (but not too far from the city centre) and with some greenery, nice little cafés and restaurants... He's planning on moving there around 1st of October (if anyone should know of a small place being available for rent?)... Any help is much appreciated!!
