  Good moving companies/moving help? Hi everyone! I’ll be moving mid August to Ann Arbor from the Chicagoland area and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for movers around the area. We are thinking of renting a truck and hiring people to help us move our heavy furniture (couches, bed, dressers etc) into our new apartment but not sure where to look for help. If anyone has any recommendations/ experience for reliable and fairly reasonably priced moving help/companies for our move that would be great appreciated!

  I hardcore STAN O’Sullivan Moving and Storage and I will forever. They’ve been so freaking good to me. I’ve used them four times now (Royal Oak to Ferndale, Ferndale to Detroit, Detroit to Ann Arbor, and Ann Arbor to Ann Arbor) and I’m always amazed at how quickly they work and the extra effort they put into their moves. They’re just the best. Granted, they probably have a lot of movers, so YMMV, but I’ve just adored them every time. (248) 546-8040 (I have no relation to them at all other than using them multiple times lol, just like to give credit where it’s due!)
