Owners are selling in need very soon. Through realtor is fine if you will respond back. I'm not being rude but have contacted prob 10 or more agencies and only a few have responded back.   Robert Anderson +1 (480) 239-6306 helped us with rentals but we ended up purchasing a home with him! Very amazing and he is also a local firefighter, very dependable he literally jumped at the fact that we wanted to search for homes!
