Our suburban property is in quite tidy condition but needs some extra TLC from someone who actually cares about the end result. We would prefer a two week regular schedule. We're not necessarily looking for a budget-priced contractor, but equally, we don't want to be ripped off by someone who sees an opportunity to quickly pay of their mortgage! I don't feel comfortable taking these, I have a 1 year old son to care for. Can anyone suggest anything natural.
