The joists, pillars and stair frames are stable, but replacing the decking (8x8), stairs and railing (though I believe there's an issue with the flashing against the house that needs to be fixed). I've done tons of research and settled on Azek decking and I want to pay someone to do it right, but I don't just want a handyman. I want a professional. I got a quote from a guy I like, but his father's heath is declining and he can no longer fit me into his schedule. Should be an easy job. Suggestions? Fully insured please.
