  This weekend will be my first PDXLAN and I have a couple questions. I hear I can bring my own chair to this event, but I'm not sure I'll be able to fit one in my car. How good/bad are the chairs provided? Are we talking folding chairs or decent desk chairs? Are there any good (and fairly inexpensive) food places near by? What is you favorite place to get food during the LAN? I saw the pizza order info, so I might just do that.

  You can order in also. Our group usually does at least one order from http://www.d-dish.com/ . It's a delivery service that picks up food from a wide variety of Portland restaurants. Delivery fees range depending on how far away the restaurant is, but the most they charge is $9.49, which isn't much if you share with a few people.
