  Hi folks. Is there anywhere that produces fresh juices and smoothies, even protein drinks, that an elderly friend of mine can buy in bulk and freeze? She's recovering from surgery and has a low appetite, really struggling to eat. So an easy option for her to at least get her nutrition would be great. Delivery service to Dandaro would be even better. She's not one for preparing them herself with a juicer or blender either. All suggestions welcome please! Thanks in advance, Katie

  Fresh veggie juices with a little fruit is best as just fruit will have too much sugar. If u can add protein that would be great. Protein important for recovery. Janine Fowler at Core Wellness should be able to make and deliver.
