  Do you have a spare key already? When I bought my car it only came with one and so I made a copy of it for $200 at the dealership. But my car is cheap and the key is just a standard cut key with a little fob at the end. They charged me $50 for the key and $150 for the labor. Also go to lockmasters3.com, I didn't use them but the people at Hertz rentals say they are really good and cheap. They will make keys, redo the locks on your car etc. If you don't have a spare key it will be really expensive to re do the locks on your car. I would get a quote from them before going to a dealership
