Our company of 100 or so agents is looking for a website provider that has the ability to provide agents free or super low cost websites as part of the broker's cost. Any suggestions?

Sure... http://goabacoa.com/ (this one is a little customized though) - http://www.platprops.com/ would be the main site. Then check out http://paulkaufman.com/ for the branded version. We are coming out with a new design which features map search as well. Ill show you a demo if you want some time.
Hello All...I love this group and was hoping you guys could help me out. I currently have a market leader site and wanted to upgrade sites. I have seen stuff about REWsites and BoomtownROI and some others. Does anyone have any suggestions that would help. I am a managing broker and looking to add agents soon and would like to share leads as well so I would need something that I can grow with. Thanks in advance. :)

Our brokerage uses torchx - everyone is happy with it here. their new crm is working out great too. you can see our site at platprops.com if you want to see an example.
thinking about changing websites... must have idx, mobile, and SEO built into price. who do you recommend?
Brian C. replied:
Our brokerage uses torchx. We get a ton of leads. Im testing out their new backend system now and it is awesome too. I dont get into the seo end of things but they just let me know that they are offering blog writing services too now. you can see our site at platprops.com
I am looking for a new website company. I'm not in love with the one I have and want something with more of a "wow" factor. I own an independent brokerage with 15 agents. Any recommendations would be appreciated!! Thanks in advance!

I dont think there is anything out there with more wow factor than the torchx websites. You can see ours at http://platprops.com - having nice photos doesnt hurt either!
