We aim to create a salon environment in which clients feel valued, our clients should feel part of our salon community. When a client visits the salon they should feel as though they are visiting a friend and hospitality is fundamental to creating this ambience.
Every client who visits the salon is welcomed by a friendly smile and an offering of tea, coffee, a glass of wine, a bottle of beer or one of our famous cupcakes.
"We have been known to arrange a car to collect our clients, order food in to the salon if a client is hungry, or even go shopping for something a client really fancies if we do not have it in".
Our team are very protective of our ethos, and are tasked to try and exceed the clients expectations at every available opportunity.
