Hey guys! I’m Martha, welcome to my page!
I am an experienced dreadlock artist offering a more affordable alternative to salons, specialising in creative hairdressing. I work from my home in Somerset and I specialise in the making/maintaining and removal of natural dreadlocks. I also have a lot of experience making synthetic dreadlock extensions, using Kanekalon. Kanekalon is a man-made fibre made specifically for use in braiding and dreadlocking.
I do not use any products or glues etc. when creating dreadlocks, my methods are all natural and I am a perfectionist when it comes to my client’s hair!
Because I use the backcomb and crochet method the dreadlocks are tightened up straight away and my clients see a minimal amount of shrinkage.
Short hair? Don’t despair! I create dreadlock extensions to enable you to achieve the dreads you have always dreamed of straight away!
Dreads looking a bit (or very =P) scruffy? Not a problem! I offer dread maintenance too. No matter what state they are in, no job is too much of a challenge! I can also repair dreads that are thinning in places and look like they might snap. I can even re-attach old dreads that have either come off or been removed!

I ask that all clients arrange a consultation with me either by sending me pictures of your hair or dreadlocks so that I can give you a quote for the service. Alternatively we can meet in person to discuss your dreadlock needs! Consultation services are free of charge. I would like you to bear in mind that an estimated price is not set in stone and so be aware that the appointment may take longer than anticipated and the price may need to be adjusted accordingly.
