Regular Domestic Cleaning -
Lounge/Living Areas:
• Dusting and Wiping surfaces/furniture
• Tidying
• Vacuuming carpets
• Floor sweeping and mopping
Kitchen:
• Cleaning cupboard doors
• Clean and wash surface areas/worktops
• Clean outside appliances (oven, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.)
• Wipe doors and handles
• Clean sink area
• Vacuum and mop floor
Bathroom:
• Thoroughly wash and disinfect toilet, sink, bath and shower
• Wipe counter tops
• Wipe tiles
• Clean and wash floor and door handles
Bedroom:
• Clean and dust all tops, surfaces and lamp shades
• Dust headboard and dressing areas
• Will include linen change if requested
• Clean and wipe outside of wardrobe and drawers
• Vacuum the floor
Hallway/Staircase:
• Clean and wipe doors and door frames
• Clean and wipe bannister/hand rails
• Dust all surfaces and lamp shades
All rooms:
• Clean and wipe all skirting boards
• Dust picture frames
• Clean and wash door frames and handles
• Dust lamp shades
• Dust and wipe window blinds (on request)
• Clean mirrors
• Clean and wipe light switches
• Wipe window sills and window frames
• Empty waste
Please note we do not wash or clean painted walls or any exterior parts of a property such as balconies, gardens and garages or offer an external window cleaning service.
One off/Spring Clean -
We will strive to achieve results and meet your expectations whilst offering an excellent service to refresh and clean your home. We can work from your own custom list.
If you are a busy professional it is hard to keep on top of the housework and slow build-up of grime. At some point, you will need a spring clean.
We offer a professional cleaning service to help with rejuvenating your home.
A one off clean is ideal for before or after a party, after decorators or builders have been working in your home, a monthly or even a seasonal blitz.
This service includes all that is offered within the Domestic service we offer but we will also include:
• Skirting boards... show more washed and cleaned
• Lime scale removed from taps and wash areas
• Clean inside of bathroom cabinets
• Clean and dust fan (if possible)
• Tiles cleaned within grouted areas where dirt has collected
• Inside fridge/freezer (freezer must be free from built up ice)
• Clean microwave inside and out
• Radiators washed and cleaned
• Window frames and inside windows cleaned
• Mould from damp cleaned to the best of our abilities
• Clean the kitchen extractor
• Clean inside of kitchen cupboards
We will be offering a larger service with this from March 2017 with the inclusion of Carpet/Upholstery cleaning. This will be charged at a separate cost depending on the size of your property.
End of Tenancy -
We offer a full end of tenancy deep cleaning service for both landlords and tenants. If you are a landlord looking to let your property out or a tenant coming to the end of your tenancy, we can offer a service that will save you a lot of time and money.
For landlords, we can provide a service to enable you a fast re-let of your property. For tenants, we can save you the time and money of bringing the property up to the cleanliness required from your landlord. If you are not entirely satisfied or the inventory check did not pass successfully from a cleanliness stance, we will organise a re-clean of the areas in question. (Please revert to Terms and Conditions)
End of tenancy cleaning requires a lot of elbow grease and hard work as well as attention to detail and we can get the job done efficiently for you. We will leave you with a pristine clean property that is ready for inspection or to re-let.
We will offer the full package.
This is also created for people looking to sell a property or if you are relocating to a new home and need it to be cleaned perfectly by a professional cleaning company before you move in.
