  I really liked the guy we used when we bought our house - Joe Griffin at Real Estate III. He did a great job of staying on top of things, keeping me on top of things when I was too clueless to know better, and helping me work around Stupid Seller Tricks (we were buying a foreclosure so there were lots of those.) http://www.realestateiii.com/joegriffin
