  Looking for a local Cesar Millan, the Dog Whisperer. I rescued a young dog almost a year and a half ago and thought, with my experience with dogs, I could bring him around. Unfortunately, we've hit a wall and I think he needs psychological help. I need someone who can evaluate him and, hopefully, provide help and training for both of us. Who could best help with this sort of problem with a dog abused as a puppy? Thanks!
