  I also went to the this place for many years. Dr. Kirby has been the doctor for my grandpa, dad, and me. He's also treated my mom in the last few years and did an eye surgery on my sister when she was young. Problem is he is close to retiring and he is not in my network.   Yes. I've been to Dr. DiStefano. I've had her once and then a new guy that was there. I've had good experiences. We did use to have a long wait at Chattanooga Eye Institute. But they do take good care of you. The man that is in with Dr. Kirby is nice too. I had him a couple of times.
