  [Stephen Mastella](http://drmastella.net/) is an excellent dentist and in the heart of Mt. Vernon (with a parking lot!). I hated the dentist for years until a friend recommended this guy -- I now go every 6 months.

How did it tell me, you might ask? Oh just the feeling that someone is pounding a dull railroad spike in to my temple, that's how. Any suggestions for pain would also be welcome... I've already have 1000mg of ibuprofen on board with almost no relief...

  Try Here: http://www.drmastella.net/ it where I went when i lived in bmore......its over by city cafe and brewers art on N. Charles street. I loved it because I could wait the hour and then go to either restaurant as my prize for being a good boy
