  Hi All! I'm looking for some recommendations please! We would like to create a larger room from 3 smaller ones which will require internal and external walls being knocked down and putting in several RSJ's! Does anyone have recommendations for 1) an architect with reasonable rates and who is good with creating ideas and visions 2) a builder who could do the work 3) a company who has architect / builder and who can do the whole project.   I have used Nigel Brown for architecture for about 15 years, his company is called Red House Design 01227 721779, he will come to your house and help get your design just right, have always found his rates reasonable. He is a one man band, but does lot of large and small scale work. I am just finishing an extension that he designed, and have had a few complements on how good it looks already.
