About us
PETQuarters is a retailer of pet foods, supplies and accessories. With FIVE convenient locations at Belmont, Glendale, Broadmeadow, Rutherford and Thornton, PETQuarters aims to provide Novocastrians with a unique balance between large, faceless pet ‘superstores’, and small niche pet shops.
PETQuarters stocks a large range of pet foods and accessories for dogs, cats, small animals (mice, rats, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets),birds and poultry, and fish, as well as stocking a range of live fish - including marine fish and accessories at our Belmont, Broadmeadow, Thornton and Rutherford stores.
Our primary focus is customer service. PETQuarters is family owned and operated, and offers customers personal and professional service. Our knowledgeable and dedicated staff will go out of their way to find solutions for our customers.
PETQuarters has made an ethical decision not to be involved in the sale of live animals. Instead, we are dedicated to supporting local welfare and rescue organisations, and registered breeders.
