  We just closed on a house in MJ today and it needs some work. Can anyone recommend a reputable contractor (or who to avoid)? We are doing a master bath remodel and, depending on the cost, we want to renovate the laundry room and finish a couple more rooms. Also, can anyone recommend a building supply/home improvement store (not lowes or Home Depot) that has good prices and selection? We are looking specifically for lighting fixtures, doors and ceiling fans.
