  The one to beat, and by that I mean eat, is Wise's BBQ sauce...from a little-known cinder-block shack past Newberry, out toward Jalapa, South Carolina, open on weekends, and they keep the spare mustard-based sauce warmed up and ready in a magical crock pot, next to the white bread and cracklin.
