Hello Middleburgh Friends and Neighbors.
You may or may not know, but my husband, Greg Gude and I are planning on opening a small inn on Main Street so visitors to our fair village of Middleburgh will have a place to stay while they patronize our local businesses, farms and points of interest. If we stay on schedule we are looking at a mid spring opening.
The inn will have a farming country theme keeping with the village’s proud heritage. With that in mind we thought we would reach out to the community and ask if anybody had any old photos, furniture or any other items of historical interest that you would be interested in donating that we could use to decorate and promote Middleburgh’s history. If you are interested please reach out to me so we can discuss. We are hoping that any items donated will also have a family story we can tell.
Also can anyone recommend someone who does furniture upholstery?
We will be reaching out to the local business owners so we can network and be sure to guide our guest to your fine establishments and points of interest.
Stay tuned for more details as our opening approaches…
