About us
Located in Council Bluffs, IA, Countryside Home Builders has been building quality custom homes for 17 years. Owner and operator of Countryside Home Builders, Daniel Mann, believes in building not only top quality homes, but also close relationships with his clients. Daniel has worked in the building and trades beginning in the early 1980's. He has the experience in every aspect of building a home - from framing to carpentry work and will oversee each project as the home is constructed.
Countryside Home Builders homes are commonly characterized by custom designs featuring open floor plans, extraordinary interior and exterior detailing and superior craftsmanship. We take pride in the homes that we build and focus on every last detail.
Daniel understands that ongoing communication throughout the construction process is extremely important. He encourages feedback from his customers and continuously seeks to improve the quality of his homes to ensure complete satisfaction.
Countryside Home Builders is an honorable member of the Better Business Bureau. We participate in the annual Council Bluffs Spring and Fall Parade of Homes and the Spring Home Show at the Mid-America Center. Our close involvement with the community allows us to provide the service and expertise needed in the home building industry.
