HVAC companies Any recommendations for an HVAC company that offers a reasonably priced “tune up” service and doesn’t push replacing a system that doesn’t need to be? My system seemed to work fine when I moved in last year but i just feel like its effectiveness has decreased since then and want to make sure what’s really going on. The system isn’t undersized (3 ton 13 seer) for the home (1700 sq 2 story) and is newer (2009).
I already searched and there’s been no recent discussion here about local HVAC companies.

I've been happy with [Olan's Heating and Air](http://www.olansheatingandair.com/) for my infrequent maintenance needs. I've not had to have anything major done. My unit is 15+ years old and he hasn't said anything about replacing it
Does anyone have a good gas fireplace repair/maintenance person? We have a 20+ year old gas fireplace that needs inspected and the seal on the glass repaired! Thanks!
