  He says you should stop in Memphis on your way there. And that you should eat at Salvo's on the West Bank in New Orleans for crawfish and seafood. The Court of Two Sisters has really good Cajun food, but he says it's also really expensive. There's a steam boat tour that will spill history on the port of New Orleans and will go by the battlefield of New Orleans. A tour around the French quarter is worth it, a lot of cool info on jean lafitte, a famous pirate. IF NOTHING ELSE, do a swamp boat tour.
