The Treasure Valley Family YMCA is currently a $19 million operation serving more than 52,000 members with four facility branches, a brand new 400+ acre resident camp, 16 child care locations and youth programs offered at over 100 locations throughout the community. Our YMCA provides critical services to the community as well as serving the National Y movement by fulfilling roles as a Training Partner YMCA and National Resource Partner. The Treasure Valley Family YMCA is looking for exceptional candidates to fill an opening for an HR Recruiting Director. We have approximately 150 full-time staff and over 800 part-time staff. Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in recruiting, general HR, hiring, directing, and motivating staff. There will also be opportunity to build relationships with members, volunteers, and community leaders. Recruiting Intern Responsibilities: · Build and manage valuable relationships with executive, leadership, and frontline staff as well as community partnerships. · Deliver timely and accurate hiring assistance to the overall association. · Work directly with the Recruiting Director on marketing strategy and implementing processes. · Assist with projects and coordinate necessary resources. · Account Management meetings with hiring supervisors to help create methods to attract highly qualified applicants for employment. · Contribute to the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes of the association. · Attend recruiting events. · Conduct interviews, review resumes, and assist in other hiring processes. · Manages the YMCA applicant database.
