I have always planned our vacations myself but now that we have a infant I don't have as much time to research destinations. Wondering if they charge up front for their service, if they do payment plans, if it's cheaper or just as expensive as planning a vacation yourself, and any recommendations of a travel agent in Edmonton, preferably in SW.
