  Elsie L. wrote: Hired them, after my caregiver left, because they did snow removal on pathway to the door. I am handicapped and they are well aware of this. NEVER showed up once to clean the pathway to the door. Did a lousy job a cleaning the driveway. Never was able to get a response. Even had a lady by the name of Florence from DLC landscaping (new owner) promise she would come and do the shoveling herself. Gave me a number and extension and never showed up and the extension was for someone else. Left a message, have sent e-mails...no response. Have cancelled and I am waiting for refund.
