  Janelle L. wrote: One year ago they "replaced" parts on my dryer and got it working. I was excited to have it working again. However, now I find out from my new repairman that they didn't actually replace any parts, just wrapped electrical tape around the old part and rigged it to work for a while. I would be fine with that if that's what I paid for, but I paid $196 just for the brand new part and additional labor to install the $12 part! Why rip off a customer like that?
