Emulating B-Q-Gurume of Japan, Monohon Ramen aims to bring a un-manicured, non-westernised experience of a ramen-ya to London. We serve a focused menu of classic Japanese noodle dishes. The dishes are made before your eyes with speed and accuracy and served nuclear hot. The bone broth is cooked the same way as it is in Japan: at a rolling boil for twenty hours. The noodles are made in house with a special flour and machine, both imported from Japan.
