Had Cuisson Catering serve at my wedding and sadly it was the worst mistake I had made in terms of the wedding.
Initially meeting with Terry Sargent was amazing! Seemed very nice, seem to care greatly about making sure my wedding was a hit. We decided about food and other accommodations that were to be provided. After all this I got the contract in and we both signed and agreed to it. And even went for a second tasting.
The day of the wedding is when everything went down hill.
Once the wedding day came, Cuisson Catering brought the food, drinks and tableware. But as the night went on, I noticed that they only stayed for 3 hours (which includes during my ceremony) instead of the 7 hours that was written in my contract. I was later notified by my wedding coordinator that he had taken the drinks out of my guests hands and just said, "we are leaving."
These are the number of problems I had during the wedding due to the catering service.
1) I had paid for extra food to make sure that my guests had more than enough to eat, which was not served. Also during our meeting he said we would get all leftovers and he would be sure to send us home with food since he knew the Bride and Groom usually do not have a chance to eat.
2) My guests were left without drinks throughout the night and the only things they had were some sodas that I had brought (which some guests were diabetic and left with nothing to drink) and the waters in the trunk of my wedding coordinators car. Due to this I had guests leave earlier than expected since many were thirsty from desserts and dancing.
3)During the reception I heard that my guests were without drinks during a part of the reception because no one was manning the drink table. Come to find out that Terry Sargent only brought 2 additional staff to work along side him when it was agreed in our contract that he would be a total of 5 staff members including himself.
4) In our contract and in Cuisson Catering's menu it hd shown that we would get passed Hors D'ourves. But this was not the case, my guests let me know that the "Passed" Hors D'ourves were placed in a basket along side a wall so many of my guests did not know that this was even an accommodation that we had paid for.
5) After the wedding I had contact Cuisson Catering and was told " ...I'd like to apologies for any and all issues that may have effected your day. We won't begin to justify the concerns we just want to fix' 'I want to meet with you personally to see how we can rectify the concerns. Again I truly apologies and I hope all in all your day was a hit.'" After contacting him multiple times he finally replied once he gave no indication in wanting to rectify the problems and has not replied to me since. And that has been 12 days ago on 11/10/2017. I have tried calling the business and emailing but the phone has been disconnected and emails are not being replied to.
I deeply regret having Cuisson Catering serve at my wedding when they only fulfilled half their contract and agreement. And the professionalism they have shown afterwards. If you do decide to use Cuisson Catering, I wish for better service for you and for you to consider the experience that my wife and I had during one of the most important days of our lives.
