  Check out ar-15.com the forums have people that can modify your stock. Not sure if you are looking to have it refinished or looking for a left hand thumb hole or whatever but I would ask on there.

  Ebay's usually the best bet, sometimes you can find opened new ones that were never even mounted, because a guy wanted to be cool on AR-15.com and then realized he couldn't afford it.
