  When our daughter was younger we used mother goose daycare on the corner of Lowry and Thomas. Juanita the owner is great. 612-520-4003. When we needed a preschool we chose www.esns.org . We really like it. It's alittle expensive and until Lowry Bridge opens it's alittle bit of a pain to get to but my wife who's a school teacher and myself feel they've done a great job of preparing our daughter for kindergarten.
