  Hi all, Does anyone know a reasonable balloon guy? I have a 60th birthday party on the 8th of april and need to order something just like the picture below. A big 60, and Black and white balloons. We require delivery and set up in the Midrand area and the balloons will be stationed outside so the pillars need to be properly weighted.
