  The Kitty Klinic in Minneapolis is great. It is just for cats, so if you have other pets then look elsewhere. But I've been taking my cats there for over 15 years and have always had a great experience there. https://www.kittyklinicmpls.com/ Lyndale and 35 th in south Minneapolis. Just a few blocks south of Pizza Luce.
