  I would appreciate some recommendations for a House Painter. We had our house painted two years ago, but it is already peeling and cracking. Is there anyone who does good prepping - sanding, sealing, etc. prior to painting so that it will actually last awhile - for a reasonable price - (or am I living in a fantasy world).
