  We are still looking for a garage builder in Concord - home is located off Hwy. 601 near Parks Lafferty Road. Have not had luck with folks following through. We've called a few #'s, with no return calls or no shows. We are waiting on 1 price from a local builder out of Kannapolis but would like to have 3 solid quotes. This is what we need: Licensed or solid references. 2-car garage nothing fancy, side door and a window. Budget: 26k and under.
