  CPR, www.pontiacparts.net, has the kit and rebuilt fuel pumps. Ames and NAPA may have them too. Fuel draining back into tank is a sign that the fuel inlet and outlet valves (check valves) in the pump are bad, see 1957 Shop Manual page 6B-54. Leak is likely from around the gasket. Larry

  Hi Tim Not sure if the 53/54 brakes are the same as 57, but if they are, did Red give you Dale's number? I'm sure he will have some on the shelf as he had aquired lots of parts over the years. Personally, I get all my parts from CPR at www.pontiacparts.net Never had a problem and quick delivery too. The recent package from them worked out at 50% saving over a well known UK supplier, and that was after the postage and import duties!! If you need Dale's details I will drop him an email and ask him to call you, or he may reply direct as he comes on this forum too. regards
