About us
Lake Mills Family Dental offers dental care for the entire family. We welcome kids! Our goal is to help you achieve excellent oral health and maintain it through preventive measures. We like to educate our patients on what they can do at home to keep their mouths healthy. If you are in need of additional dental treatment, Dr. Boysen and his experienced team will educate you on the issue and the options for treatment.
We offer a wide variety of general dentistry procedures including cleanings, periodontal therapy, emergencies, fillings/crowns, implant restoration, dentures, root canals, oral surgery/bone grafts, and cosmetic dentistry. Some of special features of our practice include same-day CEREC crowns and a high-mag. microscope for root canals.
Dr. Joe Boysen, DMD will be your dentist at Lake Mills Family Dental and will perform all of your general dentistry care. Dr. Boysen received his Doctoral of Dental Medicine from Midwestern University and his undergraduate in biology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has had additional training in endodontics and oral surgery. The previous owner, Dr. Richard Roots, DDS will be in the office periodically to finish orthodontic cases. Dr. Roots has been a pillar of Lake Mills serving the community with high quality dental care for 40 years.
