  We are very, very happy with Dr. Amichai Moreshet and his staff http://www.vet4 u.co.il/ - we've had a few incidents with our dog since making aliya, including one involving a cat and a lot of cuts/scrapes, and he & his staff have been wonderful - I don't know if it helps, but they all speak excellent English there too.
