She made the wedding I was the maid of honor in, a total disaster!! She ordered my dress in the wrong size!! Tried to tell me that I must have gained 2 inches in 3 weeks, than told me I must be bloated IN MY RIBS!! (Mind you I have a large chest so believe me I don't gain 2 inches in 3 weeks). She tried ever excuse she could come up with in order to not take blame. She than had to put her foot in her mouth when she slammed the designer sizing chart book out at us to show us my measurements (that she took) in comparison with the chart book. Needless to say she ordered my dress 2 sizes too small. She still never apologized, just simply said "I don't know how this happened". Her seamstress was unable to fix this problem so we used one that we know. 3 days before the wedding we had to drive into Queens to pick the dress up. Talk about a headache and horrible experience!! And throughout this experience a number of times Suzanne the owner would snap at us and get nasty. She had a bride crying downstairs while we were there because she was so unhappy! Very unprofessional, and makes an already stressful time even worse! I would never suggest this place to anyone!!
