About us
Justin Jureka has lived in the Lowcountry for a long time now, and is extremely proud to call Charleston home.
With many years of real estate experience, Justin’s success stems largely from his attention to detail and market knowledge. His passion for this business and meeting his client’s needs makes him a skilled negotiator who is well versed in our numerous markets. When Justin is working with clients, he remains available to them from day one and continues the relationship beyond closing. For Justin, service begins with communication and understanding and he pairs that with the ability to find the properties his clients are seeking.
Justin has a work ethic and integrity beyond reproach. This is one reason Justin’s client’s return to him time after time and why they also refer to him their friends and family.
Justin simply loves his work, the properties he represents, and the people he helps to achieve their goal of buying or selling a home. All of this is again, part of what makes Justin a successful REALTOR.
He is actively involved in the community and several charitable organizations. Justin has worked with interior designers to help stage homes, ran a successful antique business, and evaluates furniture and collectibles for friends and clients.
When not at work, Justin can be found enjoying all the wonderful outdoor activities Charleston has to offer with his black lab Nori or trying new foods in what is an amazing culinary city.
Justin is a REALTOR member of the National Association of Realtors, the South Carolina Association of Realtors, and a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. I hold the designation of Certified International Property Specialist and also work in Commercial Real Estate. I serve on the Advisory Council Board for our Downtown office and participate in an Advanced Skill Development program as I strive to always improve my services.
