We serve as a guaranteed Direct Repair Facility for 14 (and counting) insurance companies. Our Brooklyn body shop is dedicated to maintaining professionalism from start to finish. From the estimate to insurance approval, ordering parts, structural repair, body repair, auto painting and detailing, we make your vehicle look and perform like new.
From collision related damage which would involve your insurance carrier, to a simple vehicle clean up being paid out of pocket, we will provide you with a detailed cost estimate and plan of action including job cost, parts options, scheduling and approximate completion date prior to your leaving your vehicle for repairs, you will also be provided with updates at the repair progresses.
When your vehicle is ready for pickup, you will be asked to inspect the repairs (remember all work is fully guaranteed) If you were to locate something concerning after you have picked up your vehicle, you may call and/or come by anytime for corrections. Upon satisfaction, we will ask for payment in full and for you to answer a short 5 question survey to help confirm that we have met and /or exceeded your expectations with regards to our repair quality and customer service.
