  I need a Mechanic to install a 5.4 Ford Engine in a 2007 Expedition $1 - Newberry, FL I need someone ASAP to install a Ford 5.4 engine from one 2005 to a 2007. The running engine has already been pulled. Just need it installed ASAP into the good truck. MUST be knowledgeable on this specific engine because there are sensors involved that need to be swopped over. My original mechainc is not answering the phone and I have no car to drive. Most of the hard work is done. We still have the original (bad) engine to take parts off of.
