  I am SO furious ! Unfair treatment by my car insurance company ! On 3/10/2017 I went in the office and paid $300.00 double monthly payment and handed her my paid medical bills( $400 out of my own pocket ) so she could fax them to claims for reimbursement from my car accident ! I just found out almost one month later that I now owe $500 deductable bc my agent didn't fax the bills to claims YET ! Gurrrr ! Looking for recommendations on a new car ins agent /company asap please. Oakland county !
